VANITAS ("we," "us," "our") is a flower shop dedicated to providing high-quality floral arrangements and related services. These Terms and Conditions outline your rights and obligations when using our services, purchasing products, or engaging with us in any way.

2. Orders and Customer Responsibilities

Order Placement: Orders can be placed via our official website, by phone, email, or in person at our physical store location.

Order Details: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including delivery address, contact details, preferred delivery date and time, and any special instructions.

Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Pricing: Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The final price will be confirmed at the time of order confirmation.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order unless a prior arrangement has been made.
Accepted Payment Methods: Debit or credit card.

3. Delivery and Collection Policies

Delivery Areas: We deliver within specified regions as listed on our website. Additional charges may apply for areas outside our standard delivery zone.

Delivery Times: We strive to deliver orders on the requested date and time. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Failures: If the recipient is unavailable at the specified address, we will attempt to contact the customer or the recipient. If delivery fails, additional charges may apply for redelivery.

Customer Responsibility: Customers must ensure that the delivery address and contact information are accurate. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Collection: Orders may be available for pickup at our store. Pickup times must be agreed upon in advance.

4. Cancellation, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Changes to Orders: Customers can request modifications to their orders within a reasonable timeframe prior to delivery or pickup. We will do our best to accommodate such requests.

Refund Policy: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If we are at fault (e.g., incorrect order, damaged product), a full refund or replacement will be issued.

Refund Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

5. Product Availability and Substitution

Availability: Floral products are subject to seasonal availability and stock levels. In cases where specific flowers or items are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with similar alternatives of equal or greater value.

Substitutions: We will notify customers of substitutions when possible. Customers may decline substitutions; in such cases, cancellations or adjustments may be necessary.

All content, images, logos, and branding on our website and promotional materials are owned by VANITAS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.

7. Liability and Indemnity

We strive to ensure the highest quality of our products and services. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless VANITAS from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their breach of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of our services.
